The State of Connecticut Mosquito Management Program announced that mosquitoes trapped in Mianus River Park have tested positive for West Nile Virus (WNV). These are the first positive mosquitoes identified by the Connecticut Agriculture Experiment Station (CAES) in Greenwich this year.
