Five years we seen the medical call volume increase 25 . Walking around you will see additional personnel and people the city is busier in general and that is reflected in the call volume. In addition to the demands of market share there are issues with Response Time and allocation of private resources and the hours and scheduling for those units as well as just general availability of resources in the system so the goal of the work group is a collaborative effort to identify all of the issues and move forward with resolving them.
