Cash-strapped mum-of-two Rachel Bowden has been hauled before the courts - after applying to become a carer.
The 37-year-old is barred from being a carer after she was jailed for using an 87-year-old s bank card to withdraw £1,200 and spend some of the cash on trips to the cinema and Stoke City.
