+ December 10, 2020 THE Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Negros Occidental-North has identified 15 agrarian reform beneficiaries organizations (Arbos) to supply agricultural products, mainly food for persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), among jails in northern part of the province, specifically feeding their persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).
The effort was anchored on the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) program initiated by the agency s Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD).
