Alhamdulillah (thank God), today, we have delivered the first of the nine aircraft ordered by the Indonesian Air Force. Jakarta (ANTARA) - State-run aircraft manufacturer PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) delivered an NC212i Troop Transport aircraft, ordered by the Defense Ministry, for the Indonesian Air Force.
The aircraft was delivered on a ferry flight from PTDI s delivery center hangar in Bandung, West Java, to the Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Base in Malang, East Java, on Tuesday.

President issues three directives on handling of SJ-182 crash 12th January 2021

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi, on Tuesday outlined three instructions from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on the handling of the Sriwijaya Air flight SJ-182 crash. During the meeting, President Joko Widodo gave instructions on the following accelerated steps, Sumadi said at a press conference here on Wednesday.
President Widodo has ordered that rescuers find the black box, retrieve the victims bodies, and the wreckage from the plane as quickly as possible. The FDR (Flight Data Recorder) has been found, the minister confirmed.
