Unauthorized disclosures last year theres been a lot of suspicion raised about our Governments National Security Surveillance practices, and a lot of public confusion about what were doing and not doing, and weve got to restore some of that trust. Thats a big personal priority of mine. There have been efforts in this congress as Cyber Security legislation, which i by and large support. I outlined in a speech a couple of weeks ago what i think our goals should be. Im glad to know our authorizing committees are taking a in the rued interest because Cyber Security legislation will help to clarify for the private sector what we can do in support of their efforts, and raise the trust factor. So, id like to work with the congress on Cyber Security legislation to try to get it in a better place. Think we gave you a copy, mr. Secretary, i would ask you to look at for example your budget last year was at least 39. 2 billion. There is probably a number that we attribute out of that to Counter Terrorism someplace. It depends on what aspects of our mission do you consider Counter Terrorism .
