chief petty officer accused of killing a wounded isis man. craig miller who was serving along side gallagher, he said on the day in question a captured isis fighter was brought to the field. he said he had a leg wound but no other injuries. miller said he later saw chief gallagher kneeling next to the prison and saw him stab the prisoner in the side of the neck. gallagher stabbed the isis fighter twice and then took pictures with the body. he said gallagher came to his room and asked who is not good with it? i said i am not good with it. gallagher s defense attorney said all of the seals who testified against gallagher are
