Nathaniel Veltman is on trial for four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder after his black pickup truck drove into a Muslim family in London, Ont.
Closing submissions began Tuesday in the historic London, Ont., attack trial, which marks the first time Canada's terrorism laws go before a jury in a first-degree murder trial.
The jury has been asked to be on-call for Friday at the earliest after the evidence phase of the trial concluded for the man accused in the London, Ont., vehicle attack.
However, Dr. Julian Gojer says his report has concluded that Nathaniel Veltman doesn't qualify to be considered not criminally responsible on account of mental disorder.
