They recognize if they lost that rural hospital, that community was soon to follow. They saw past the rhetoric and understood that not only could expansion improve the health of the friends and neighbors. But at the endst day, it would save that rural hospital which also saves that rural community. Their support and then that visit gave their local republican legislator the confidence to defy her party leadership. Today, but you do need to be prepared for some spotty showers and thunderstorms that will move through the area. Youll also need to be prepared for temperatures that are going to boost up into the 80s. Not a bad start. Temperatures feel pretty good right now, but you already are noticing that humidity. You can kind of feel the moisture in the air. Youre also going to notice right now some misting outside, some fogginess. And now we actually see that there are some spotty severe thunderstorms that are starting to develop over parts of delaware. A lot of us starting to skip the bay and move into parts of south jersey, Cape May County starting to see a little rain moving through. When you see the yellows and oranges, that indicates a little heavier rain, an isolated thunderstorm may start to pop.

Playground in Golden Gate Park on fire. We have a look at the damage and reaction from parents. Its really heartbreaking to see this burn. Yeah, because it was just like it was so, like, good. Reporter families came to bring children to play to find a secon section of the playground off limits. The playground was cordoned off after someone set fire to it early saturday morning. Someone was playing with fire and the fire got loose because it was windy. Reporter the grownups dont think it played out so innocently. Somebody is being very selfish. I dont know what they were thinking. Reporter coret childrens quarter is a popular spot not only for locals but for outoftowners as well. Its located near the carousel and underwent a milliondollar renovation eight weeks ago. My daughter is now four and shes progressed from the younger kids area to the older kids area, and its been really nice to see that.
