i think it is a question of time and it is going to be sooner rather than later. because i think a lot of terrorists who fled afghanistan now will return. wow. president biden s answer to that is that, and he was asked about this, is that well afghanistan is not a primary threat to the u.s. and that al qaeda and other groups are more of a threat outside of afghanistan than in it. is that assessment, is that explanation wrong. that is true and that is the situation now. and it is precisely because we saw to it that it was difficult for terrorists to operate from afghanistan. so, now they re going to have another home base in effect? is that your view? i m quite confident of it. i think it is going po be very difficult from the intelligence community over the horizon without on the ground presence to watch this. they re going to do their best, no question about it.
