Anand Mahindra, the chief of Mahindra group, praised the supply of Light Specialist Armoured Vehicles (LSVs) to the Jammu & Kashmir Valley for the Indian Army. The vehicles, developed by Mahindra Defence, aim to support the Northern Command forces and provide an efficient solution for various operational roles. The Ministry of Defence has entered into a contract with Mahindra Defence for the supply of 1,300 LSVs, valued at Rs 1,056 crore.

Just a couple of days ago, Mahindra & Mahindra launched its dedicated vehicle scrapping service for its customers in India. Well, we now already have a second carmaker offering a similar service in India. Renault India announced the launch of its the ‘R.E.Li.V.E’ scrap vehicle recycling programme in partnership with CERO Recycling the same company with which Mahindra also teamed up. The initiative, the French automaker explained, will offer potential customers with a seamless means to scrap their old vehicles, buy a new Renault car, and also avail benefits on their new purchase.
