Lake Charles Native Named Atlanta Falcons General Manager A graduate of Lagrange High School and all-state defensive back, Terry Fontenot, has been named as the new General Manager of the Atlanta Falcons football team. Terry Fontenot is a Lake Charles native who went on to play collegiate football at Tulane from 1999-2002. Fontenot got his start in the NFL as a marketing intern with the New Orleans Saints.
