Officer are satisfied and that is something that they are piloting in denver and the other side that have is that medations help to expedite the process of closing a case, and so, there is not a cost savings in mediating the cases but they are certainly the satisfaction on the part of the officer and the complainant. Preparing for that panel on race after ferguson, and i took the time to view a pbs video from 1963. Where from the course it said in 1963 and this was the moerpg that edgars had been sat and they had been assassinated or murdered and the farmer said, well, i think that in another three years, we will be able to deal with the jury discrimination and it will take a little bit longer for the defacto discrimination and then just finally, just a personal aside, and i did show with the panel, that, leading to, in texas when i was ten years old, and this was in 1962.
