Her disappearance has caused alarm in both countries.  Advertising UPDATE: 20 January 2021 The French daily Le Parisien has reported that Senegalese student Diary Sow is alive and well . Speaking on condition of anonymity, a friend and confidante of the student, who has not been seen since the beginning of January, says Sow went into hiding voluntarily.
