Benin City, considered by many as the country’s culture capital, is set to host the maiden Edo International Book and Art Festival (EdIBAF 2023). The city had produced a crop of outstanding contemporary artists, such as Festus Idehen, Dr. Colette Omogbai-Onyeka.
