The club, which was formed in 2009, only had a senior men’s side for one season before it fell over.
“It just didn’t pan out so well the first time with player numbers and everything,” club president Peter Bax said.
“But it’s always been a part of the plan to have a senior men’s side.
“There was interest and momentum there the last couple of years and then last year things fell into place so we pushed ahead with it.”
Bax said the men would play in Division 3 with pre-season preparations starting next week on January 27.
He said a squad of 23 showed up for a get together in November, with a list of at least 30 primed to start training.
