Scientists believe the number of americans affected by the coronavirus could be much more than previously thought and that the virus could have been in Washington State for six weeks. They suggest that up to one thousand five hundred people could have been infected. The state reported the first death from the virus on saturday and now rhode island, on the other side of the continent, has confirmed what they believe to be their first case.
