GMR group announces launch of its Aerocity Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Apr 16 (UNI) Infrastructure major, GMR Group on Friday announced the launch of its AeroCity Hyderabad as part of its vision to provide world-class infrastructure in India.
Spanning around 1 Million sq.ft of leasable area, spread over four Towers (being developed in phases, with Tower 1 fully occupied and Tower 2 ready for occupancy), AeroCity has been seamlessly designed for the future business corridor,GMR said in a release here.
AeroCity offers a gateway airport with growing air connectivity, passenger traffic and best in class logistics hub with smart technologies in place.
Spread across 1500 acres, AeroCity Hyderabad is envisaged to be an integrated mixed-use development, which includes key ports and establishments like Business Park, Retail Park, Aerospace and Industrial Park, Logistics Park, Hospitality, the release said.
Mohali, February 18
The Mohali police have nabbed a car driver who after hitting a cyclist kept on driving the vehicle with the victim’s body on the rooftop for about 10 km in the city and later dumped the body near Sunny Enclave.
The accused has been identified as Nirmal Singh, a resident of Khamano in Fatehgarh Sahib district.
The victim has been identified as Yogender Mandal (35), a resident of Aero City in the city. He was declared brought dead at civil hospital.
According to police, the incident occurred when a rashly-driven car coming from the Zirakpur side on Airport road hit a cyclist coming from the opposite direction. Such was the impact that the victim landed on the car’s rooftop and the driver instead of stopping the vehicle kept on driving for 10 km.
