ISLAMABAD: A civil society delegation urged the National Commission of Human Rights to play its role in addressing issues surfacing after caretaker government’s order to illegal immigrants.

Youth president of PDP, Waheed ur Rehman Parra, who was arrested by NIA for alleged links with terror outfit, Hizbul Mujahideen, was granted bail by the court today.
Special Judge NIA, Sunit Gupta, granted bail to Parra after he furnished surety bond of one lakh rupees.
The judge ordered that Parra cannot leave the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) without prior written permission of this court during the period of bail.
While granting bail, the court asked Parra to surrender his passport with the investigating officer of NIA against proper receipt.
