Nannette is joining us. They are close homes to. As you know it could have been disastrous. This time, no homes or businesses were damaged. It was a really scary scene. People living in Mobile Home Park near an east Wood Shopping Center got this shot exacerbated by the drought caught on fire. It didnt help that wind gust of 20 to 25 miles an hour going a different direction fanning the flames. If we can fight a fire in the same direction and get out, were good. But when it changes direction, we have to move resources around. It got tough. And the wind blew embers ton peoples property but was quickly put out. This family saw this practically knocking on their front door. After taking cell phone video of fires, they began to evacuate themselves. The fires are big and hot. We got scared and we saw it moving outside of the car. The cause of the fire is under invest gaegs but neighbors say the homeless have been known to stay in this lot. There is a homeless encampment there and we believe
A u. S. Rescue mission in south sudan has been called off after four soldiers were shot trying to evacuate americans. The pentagon says three osprey aircraft came under fire while attempting to land near the town of bor. Rescues had to be aborted and planes averted to uganda. The injured were flown to kenya. The four are in stable condition, but did not release their names or identify their armed service. Now we go to haru mutasa in juba. A Memorial Service for the United Nations peacekeepers killed in south sudan. They decide trying to carry out their mandate to protect civilians in akobo. In the end they were unable to protect themselves. For their colleagues its an emotional farewell. They were with around 90 other people in a small u. N. Base when they were outnumbered by 2,000 armed nuer youth. Several civilians were killed in the attack. We need to review where our basises are vulnerable and we can face overwhelming numbers in terms of attackers. We are in need of considering how

Thank you. I just want to say [chanting] [chanting] [gavel] we just broke our board rules. If i could ask, folks, if you could please sit down. And, yes, supervisor avalos is correct, did you break the board rules. That being said, ask folks for the rest of the proceeding you just broke our board rules. I really appreciate it. It was my first time of actually getting involved in p
Things that we believe that the best way to provide Language Access is actually having staff in staff to provide it and we make every effort that in every clinic whether San Francisco general or Community Based clinics we have that capability. If we dont have the capability we have an Interpreter Service thats actually run by the San Francisco general automatic transfer seem less transfer the patient themselves probably wont know that and then the dmi i dont know if you have seen the vmi the video medical interpretation but also we have i know i hear information from members of the community about challenges they have and i wondered is there some way for a complaint based system to get feedback after the fact there are san franciscans who feel like the language needs werent met but thats probably a longer term conversation that we need to have with other departments. Last year we actually had 10 complaints and 10 of the complaints were resolved. What were the nature of those complaints
