Gov. Ned Lamont urged patience Monday as residents 55 and older became eligible to schedule appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine, greatly expanding the pool of potential recipients in Connecticut. Residents reported long wait times on the phone, difficulty accessing their MyCharts accounts and other online systems, and appointments that were booked as far out as late April. By then, the state is expected to have opened up the vaccine to everyone 35 and older.
