Utterly devastated by what happened. Attorney greg mendez represents karen cartagena, the 71 year old drove into a family at fourth and king, killing a four Year Old Girl in a stroller. Police say it was a tragic accident. Mendez explains what led up to the collision. At the time of the incident, there were uh.
