Louisville woman pleads not guilty to reckless homicide charge after teen was killed

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) A 21-year-old pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that she killed someone while playing with a gun. Adrianna King s attorney said a group of people was being careless with a gun just after midnight Sunday when it went off at The Oaks at St. Andrews apartment complex off Saint Andrews Church Road. Armani Hall, 18, was shot and died shortly thereafter at University Hospital. King was arrested and charged with reckless homicide. Police responded to fatal shooting near St. Andrews Church Road in south Louisville, Ky., on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020.  In court Monday, the judge decided to keep her bail at $10,000 cash.

Louisville police arrest woman in connection to fatal shooting of teenager near St Andrews Church Road

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) Louisville Metro Police has made an arrest in connection to the fatal shooting of a teenager early Sunday morning at an apartment complex near St. Andrews Church Road. Adrianna King, 21, has been charged with one count of reckless homicide in connection to the shooting death of Armani Hall, 18, according to a statement from LMPD spokeswoman Alicia Smiley.  Hall was fatally injured in a shooting that was reported around midnight Sunday in the 6900 block of Brooklawn Drive, less than a mile from Doss High School, Smiley said.  Adrianna King, 21, has been charged with one count of reckless homicide in connection to the shooting death of Armani Hall, 18.
