NMSU researcher studies benefits of motor skills, physical activity across the lifespan

An associate professor in New Mexico State University’s Department of Kinesiology is examining how and why children move in hopes of promoting physical activity well into adulthood. Larissa True, an associate professor in New Mexico State University’s Department of Kinesiology and Dance, researchers how and why children move the way they do, and how to better promote physical activity well into adulthood.
