Kareem Welton, 41, of Philadelphia, is facing multiple charges of murder, robbery and aggravated assault in connection with a series of hit-and-runs that occurred last July. Welton allegedly killed one woman and injured several others in a spree of hit-and-runs across Philly and Montgomery County last summer.
