CARLSBAD Grant helps revamp summer program The Carlsbad Educational Foundation has revamped the curriculum and activity schedule for its summer childcare program to address concerns about academic and social-emotional learning loss caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to a grant of $18,000 from the Carlsbad Charitable Foundation.
