Oneida Moves to Curfew

Jan 12, 2021 9:09 AM A 2-week curfew has been issued for Oneida Nation of the Thames in response to raising COVID-19 cases in the community. According to Chief Adrian Littlejohn, the curfew began Sunday at 8pm following 22 cases being identified in the First Nation community. On January 5th, an outbreak was declared at the Oneida Long Term Care home. Contract tracing identified social gatherings during the holidays as the source of the growing number of cases.
