Scatterbrained ‘False Positive’ drives promising premise into ground A24/Courtesy Grade: 2.0/5.0 “False Positive” has all the trappings of the sharp 21st century horror film. It’s smoothly shot with a bounty of prestigious family and social drama, but it would take different hands to bring all that to light.
