Probably the most maturing right now is the discussions the smart grid, just because it is a little bit older than the cloud side. It was focused on the government adoption side. The smart grid, a smart grid interoperability panel, which is an actual 501 c 3 organization , was put together because the Stakeholder Group felt there was not an existing organization that could facilitate that process. They establish one of their own. This has provided funding for the operation of the organization. We remained working with them routinely today where you now have a living cycle of, ok, here are the changing issues, here the top ones, here are the ones to fix. The top panel does the triage. I was talking to a company the other day about really large company, how long it took them to to get approval to buy some kind of Software Package to do some modeling. And this is the for one of the bands of the future, they had a lot of stake in. So, its not just the government. Its a lot of folks that are hurting for money, and resources. I just want to add, i think with regard to doing the testing and the studies, from an industry privilege, we actually embarked on a monitoring activity to assess the type of emissions that were enculpberred in specific bands and figure out what impact would those emissions have on an imculp were going to share that with the Regulatory Community and dod as a way to move things forward with regard to how can you better share between federal and nonfederal assets.
