I m Carrie and I m pretty amazing if I do say so myself! My early life wasn t the greatest. I was abandoned in Hardeman County Tennessee. This county has Breed Specific Legislation which means that you cannot own Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers…you get idea, I m not welcome ANYWHERE in the county, not even in a loving home!

I ended up in the shelter where it was so stressful…all that noise and BARKING! I couldn t wait to get out of there! I came to Illinois where I was welcomed and shown what it s like to be wanted. When I arrived, I had Heartworm. I don t exactly know what that means, but I heard that it s bad if it s not treated. Luckily, I had my treatment and feel much better!
