The bar owner tells us there is so much illegal activity customers dont want to come in. Reporter we are on seventh street just south of market in San Francisco. Behind me is a bar called mr. Smiths. 50 feet in that direction is the ninth Circuit Court of appeals. Across the street is the Federal Building in San Francisco. Despite these prestigious buildings there is still a very serious issue with the drug dealing and of course drug use right here. The owner of that bar mr. Smiths said he had to close his doors because neither employees nor customers want to walk the gauntlet it takes to get inside. It is always hard shutting down the business.
