They were sitting in a coffee shop, you know, taking a small welldeserved break, and they were basically surprised by this gunman. Reporter two Vallejo Police officers were taking a break on sunday night when police say 41yearold adam powell walked in and namaimed a Assault Rifle directly at them. His weapon malfunctioned and he was not able to get off the shot. Reporter powell ran away as shown in this Surveillance Video from the gas station next door. Seconds later the officers caught up with him. He was attempting to clear that weapon plume presumably to use it as they were chasing him. Reporter powell was shot three times.
