Adobe has recently announced that they are cancelling their $20 billion deal to acquire Figma, the web-based collaborative platform, due to regulatory roadblocks stemming from antitrust approvals in Europe and the UK.
Adobe has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire the web-based collaborative platform Figma for approximately $20 billion in cash and stock.
Adobe also revealed that it expects the deal to be accretive to its earnings three years after its completion. Before Figma, Adobe's largest acquisition was that of software maker Marketo for $4.75 billion in 2018.
