It is so controversial it is not anything i am proposing. I think we need to have the opportunity to grow the economy. I am a believer the private sector has tremendous muscle. Sometimes government gets in that way of free markets. Our Free Enterprise system and has been remarkable in its history. Never in the history of the world that has we have ever had something that provided better services. Sometimes government gets in the way, so the efforts are to streamline government which means to impart the private sector. Venture capital and where we get that from, whether from americans or it comes from outside sources around the country, that is taking place now.
