MADISON COUNTY If you joined Nexamp’s Edwardsville Solar Project, you might see a lower electric bill early next year.
“We are expecting to have the project mechanically complete by the end of December,” said Keith Hevenor, Nexamp communications manager in Massachusetts.
“Once we achieve that milestone, we can then schedule the necessary testing and connection work with Ameren Illinois, so that we can start generating energy and applying credit to our subscribers’ monthly electric bills,” he said. “If all goes well and the weather cooperates, we could be up and running in January or February.”
