LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. â For a second year in a row, the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival was postponed.
The annual wine and food event was originally scheduled for June 26 and 27, 2021, at the Lake George Festival Commons in Lake George Village.
The 2020 festival was rescheduled in April at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic to September, and then canceled in August of 2020.

This spring, organizers from Adirondack Festivals LLC announced they made the difficult decision to postpone the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival to June 25 and 26, 2022.
Current regulations from the New York State Department of Health would require the festival to limit attendees to no more than 1,000 people per day. This would result in a lower attendance than the first festival in 2014.

Faced with likely capacity limits and guaranteed extra costs for safety, cleaning, security and other monitoring of attendees and precautions related to COVID-19, the Adirondack Wine & Food Festival, scheduled for June 26 and 27 in Lake George Village, has has decided to again cancel the event, as it did last year.
Organizers said current state health regulations would limit attendance at 1,000 per day, guaranteeing overall attendance would be less than during the festival’s first year, 2014. Without restrictions, upward of 7,000 visitors throng the weekend, according to organizers.
