Grant of 10pc ad hoc relief allowance notified July 29, 2021 ISLAMABAD: The government has notified the granting of 10 percent ad-hoc relief allowance of 2021 of Basic Pay to the Executive/Supervisory staff of autonomous/semi-autonomous bodies and corporations with effect from July 1, 2021. According to the office memorandum issued by the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday, consequent upon the grant of Ad-hoc Relief Allowance-2021 @10 percent of the basic pay to the civil servants in BPS 1-22 w.e.f .01-07-2021 vide Finance Division s Office Memorandum No F.1(1)lmpl2O21-216 dated O8-O7-2O21, it has, inter-alia, been decided that the grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance-2021 @10 percent of basic pay subject to existing conditions will also be applicable to the employees of Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies and Corporations, which have adopted the Federal Government s Basic Pay Scales Scheme in totality.

Sindh grants 20pc ad hoc relief allowance to civil servants July 7, 2021 The Government of Sindh has granted a 20 per cent ad hoc relief allowance to all the civil servants of the provincial administration, and a personal allowance for officials of grades one to five. A notification issued to announce this reads: “The Government of Sindh is pleased to sanction an Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 at 20 per cent of basic pay with effect from July 1, 2021 to all civil servants of the Sindh government as well as contingent paid staff and contract employees against civil posts in basic pay scales [BPS] on standard terms and conditions of contract appointment.
