The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Delhi government on a petition seeking quashing of FIR under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on the ground that the parties have settled the dispute and on attaining the age of majority are now living as husband and wife.
