John Eustace has replaced Jon Dahl Tomasson as head coach of Blackburn Rovers.
Former Denmark international Tomasson left earlier on Friday with the club 18th in the Championship and without a win in eight league matches.
Eustace will be in attendance for Blackburn’s clash with Stoke City on Saturday with coaches Damien Johnson and David Lowe taking charge of the first-team, with the head coach’s first game in charge against his former club Birmingham City who sacked Eustace in October on Tuesday February 13.
Eustace has signed a two-and-a-half year deal with the club.
