An Iowa City woman faces charges that she and her boyfriend burglarized a business under construction.
20-year-old Victoria Plasa of Hudson Avenue was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 7:15 Friday night. Iowa City Police say Plasa and her boyfriend are seen on security video entering a business under construction on the 400 block of South Linn Street just before 3am on October 12
th. Plasa and her boyfriend, 32-year-old transient Adam Vanourney, , can be seen on video entering the business through a back door to a parking garage the business shares with the hotel next door. She points off-camera, then walks to where she was pointing and returns with a bag full of tools. Plasa then wraps the bag of tools in her coat and leaves the area. The total value of the stolen items is $2,250.

An area transient wanted for several alleged crimes was arrested by North Liberty police Sunday when he was found with a stolen bike.
32-year-old Adam Vanourney, whose last known address was on 13
th Avenue in Coralville, began his alleged crime string on May 20
th of last year, when he was accused of passing a fake $20 bill at Zombie Burger in Coral Ridge Mall. Under Miranda, Vanourney reportedly admitted to getting nearly $17 in change back so that he could buy food elsewhere.
A year later, Vanourney reportedly took over $70 in merchandise from the Iowa City Menards. He was later contacted after the May 19
