A new storytelling project is the latest example of how the University cultivates a community for staff that values inclusion and belonging. Over recent years, the Office of Human Resources has launched new health and wellness programs, employee benefits, professional development classes, discussion groups and community-building opportunities.
During her more than 15 years leading Human Resources, Sullivan-Crowley has fostered a work environment that enables staff to contribute to Princeton’s teaching and research mission at the highest possible level. She will continue to serve in a special projects role for one year before retiring from the University.
