The 25th season of the Arena Football League is going to start off with replacement players on the field when the Pittsburgh Power take on the Orlando Predators.
An altercation began in the stands between the Predators OL/DL Julius Wilson and some fans. Later on, WR Bobby Sippio joined the ruckus in the stands. Both players were ejected from the game immediately before play could continue.
On Monday night, the Orlando Predators announced that they were parting ways with Head Coach Pat O'Hara. Multiple sources have confirmed to ArenaFan that O'Hara has accepted a job with the New Orleans VooDoo that should be announced in the coming week.
Ever since the return of the Arena Football League in 2010, the league has had a history of having to take over franchises to more or less bail out their existing ownership. The expansion Las Vegas Outlaws and the New Orleans VooDoo can now be added to that list.
