Charleston, SC Nick Schnell blasted a solo home run in the bottom of the first inning and the Charleston RiverDogs never looked back, cruising to an 8-2 win over the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on Wednesday afternoon in front of 1,753 fans at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. The trio of Cole Wilcox, Jose Lopez and Angel Felipe combined to record 12 strikeouts without a walk while slowing the Pelicans bats.

Wisely hit a pair of solo home runs and the pitching staff combined to collect 15 strikeouts in a 6-3 win over the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on Tuesday night at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Myrtle Beach Pelicans have unveiled their roster for the 2021 season. The 27-man group includes 14 pitchers, three catchers, six infielders, and four outfielders.
Buddy Bailey returns to the Pelicans as the manager for his fourth season after leading the club from 2016-18. During his first stint, Bailey won three half-season Southern Division Championship titles, one Southern Division Championship title, and the Carolina League Championship in 2016.
