Two pilots did the unthinkable for his fliers when they made a 360-degree turn to let passengers catch a stunning glimpse of the northern lights. In a rare display, the skies above UK also lit up with the northern lights this time round. An EasyJet pilot, whose plane was travelling from Iceland to Manchester, saw the aurora borealis and looped the plane around to let everyone on board catch the magnificent spectacle in the sky.
EasyJet passengers traveling from Reykjavik to Manchester got a special treat on Monday night when the pilot of their flight made a loop so passengers on both sides of the aisle could see the Northern Lights.
