The Aasens, along with their son Adam, opened the restaurant in 2010.
Patrick Aasen was the chef/owner at the now-closed Arturo’s Ristorante Italiano and had been a chef at the departed Macri’s Italian Village.
Beth Aasen is giving up baking cakes, ordering liquor, waiting tables and cooking at the restaurant.
“We’re all so proud that we worked hard to survive a year of the COVID-19 pandemic, but now Pat and Beth look forward to traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren, some of which live out of state.” the restaurant said in a Facebook posting.
