Javier Galvan, the former lead vocalist of Tejano band Fama, was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a fatal, fiery crash near Winters, Texas, on Sunday.
According to reporter Taylor Pettaway with the San Antonio Express-News, the 51-year-old singer and radio host was hospitalized after a head-on collision that killed three people, including a child. The Texas Department of Public Safety said the driver of the other vehicle Marisa Ramos, 20, and her two passengers Adalynn Muniz, 7, and Cissy Ramos, 46, were killed in the crash.
