For many children, a letter to Santa might be the most important piece of mail they send all year. During the current pandemic, though, some of them are sounding a little different.
“This Christmas is different than every other Christmas,” one girl wrote in green marker, her name signed in red. “We don’t get to hug or kiss our loved ones. We don’t get to share the Christmas spirit in our normal ways, so this year what I’d like for Christmas is for you to spread the Christmas spirit in ways we can’t.”
