The Registrar of Companies in Hyderabad has recommended the liquidation of 12 city-based firms allegedly linked to Chinese nationals. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has filed a complaint against these companies for violating the Companies Act. The investigation revealed that many of these companies existed only on paper. The ROC has also recommended deactivating director identification numbers and disqualifying the directors. The companies include Vanamaali Infra Private Ltd, Panchajanya Infra Pvt Ltd, Vakula Information Services Private Ltd, Kaustubha Infrastructure & Consulting Pvt Ltd, Lokapujya Information Services Pvt Ltd, Pinakapani Information Services Private Ltd, Neeladri Information Services Pvt Ltd, Garudadri Information Services Pvt Ltd, Anjanadri Information Services Pvt Ltd, and Vasuki Information Services Pvt Ltd.
