Two Little Rock commercial real estate firms are merging and will operate as Flake & Co. beginning Nov. 1. Flake, founded by Jessica Flake Dearnley, announced Thursday that it is merging with ARK Commercial & Investment Real Estate, owned by Jeff Yates.
