Grays neck was mysteriously broken in a police van that was not involved in an accident. Riots in baltimore calmed after Six Police Officers were charged, but now after four trials and no convictions, the prosecutor conceded today it would be impossible to convict any of the cops. Avenue in daly city. Tonight the search continues for the gunman. We are live now with a more clear picture can of what happened inside. For much of this afternoon much of this area was in fact in the shooting. But a short timeago daily police said there was a man in his 60s who did fire shot inside this building possibly aiming at a doctor here at the san joaquin medical dental center on southgate avenue. Doctors, staff, and patients were evacuated minutes after the 911 call of the shooting on the second floor of this building. A tactical offer swooped in and swept the building finding no evidence of a victim or suspect. Police say a doctor came across a man holding a gun in the hallway about 1 30 p. M. The doctor apparently did not recognize the gunman. There was no interaction between the doctor and the suspect save for the doctor turning and running once he saw a man holding a handgun. The doctor did not see any gunshot being fired. He saw a person with a gun as the doctor was depa
